If you disagree with any portion of these binding terms, you must discontinue access to this platform immediately.

2. Architectural & Engineering Disclaimer

All floor plans, CAD drawings, joinery schematics, dimension guidelines, and construction cost estimates published on Depotrankdsh are provided solely for architectural conceptualization and educational guidance. They do not constitute formal, certified structural engineering stamps or building permit filings. You acknowledge that local municipal building regulations (such as Bauordnung in Germany, Code de la Construction et de l'Habitation in France, or Boverket regulations in Sweden) require independent on-site verification by a certified local architect or structural engineer prior to demolishing load-bearing walls or modifying plumbing risers.

3. Intellectual Property & License Grants

All proprietary media, technical diagrams, 3D renders, copywriting, and Novel Card UI implementations on depotrankdsh.garden are protected under international copyright and intellectual property conventions. We grant visitors a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to inspect architectural drawings for personal home renovation projects. You may not republish, sublicense, scrape, redistribute, or monetize our CAD files or content databases without explicit prior written authorization from Depotrankdsh Architectural Living Ltd.

4. User Conduct & Acceptable Platform Use

You agree not to engage in any activity that impairs or interferes with our web application, including:

• Using automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to extract bulk architectural records.
• Attempting to bypass security headers, inject malicious payloads, or flood our contact systems.
• Submitting fraudulent project dimensions or deceptive consultation requests.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permissible under applicable European law, Depotrankdsh Architectural Living Ltd. and its directors, employees, and editorial contributors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the information, floor plans, or furniture recommendations published on this website.

6. Termination of Access

We reserve the statutory right to restrict, suspend, or terminate user access to our digital repository or consultation services without prior notice if we identify violations of these Terms of Service or applicable laws.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed exclusively by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from or in connection with this agreement is Berlin, Germany.
